Order your EPC for £80 including VAT

It has been a legal requirement, since 1 October 2008, for all properties to have a valid energy performance certificate (EPC) before it can be sold or let. There are some exceptions for some properties such as listed building or places of worship and if you are in any doubt we can advise you.

An EPC assesses the energy performance of a property, from "A" representing the most energy efficient property to "G" representing the least energy efficient property. It must be carried out by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and will also show a building's environmental impact by indicating its carbon dioxide emissions.

A valid EPC will last for 10 years.
