Emailing & text messaging
– As soon as your property is placed on the market every suitable applicant is automatically emailed and texted the property details. Our powerful and immediate email marketing is also widely used when an applicant is telephoning the office. This allows us to discuss and point out features of your property as if they were sitting in our office. This is a very popular and effective tool with our staff.

Photographs – Where possible we will “dress” your property so it looks at its most appealing. Attractive photographs will always attract more potential buyers. Thats why you will never see a wheelie bin in one of our photographs

Floorplans – Again a very popular tool with potential buyers. According to Rightmove, properties with floorplans attract 29% more interest than properties without one.

Internet Advertising – Over 90% of buyers search the internet for their new home. Therefore a strong internet presence is vital. This is why we advertise on almost every property portal including Propertyfinder, Primelocation, findaproperty, Zoopla, Globrix, Facebook, Twitter and many many others to give your property the widest possible coverage.

Full colour details - We produce in house full colour details which include floorplans, internal photographs as standard. However we also offer optional upgrades to professionally printed magazine style details and brochures but there is an additional charge (see fees)

Boards –These are a valuable but underrated selling tool. Many potential tenants drive around areas to see which ones they like. A board immediately alerts those people to the availability of your property. It is advertising 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Newspaper Advertising – We can offer optional advertising in any newspaper but this is subject to an additional fee.

Feedback
You will also receive a marketing review every two weeks by you allocated sales manager. You can choose to have this verbally or in a formal written report. We will discuss all aspects of the marketing and will make recommendations for you to consider.

Out of Hours Service
We are available from 8am to 10pm, seven days a week so we are always available for you and your potential buyer.
